Basic Rules of Vastu

Vastu Shastra is an ancient indian science which helps one to get the natural benefits freely offered by the five basic elements of the universe in which we all live.

Basic Rules of Vastu

Since the five fundamental elements of fire, air, space, earth, and water make up the entirety of the cosmos. These enable our body to absorb both internal energies—such as proteins, carbohydrates, and fats—and external energies—such as heat, light, sound, and wind.

The fundamental Vaastu principles help us establish balance between them and increase our bodily and mental flexibility for a better quality of life.

When the balance between these elements is upset, our energies scatter in all ways, causing stress, anxiety, and ill health as well as upsetting our mental tranquility. Then, in order to reach an equilibrium between internal and external energies, as well as a healthy body and a contented mind, which will ultimately lead to success, money, and pleasure, we must refocus our energies both subjectively and objectively.
